COURSE CURRICULUM

• Module 1: Overview of Preservation Technology and Cosmetic Production
• Module 2: Research on base systems for hair care products: Shampoo, hair mask/conditioner, hair oil serum, and hair growth stimulating oil.
• Module 3: Research and formulation of shampoo, conditioner, cream rinse, hair oil serum, and hair growth stimulating oil.
• Module 4: Analysis of 10 current hair care products on the market.
• Module 5: Field trip to a manufacturing facility for natural herbal shampoo products.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS GAINED

• Gain a deep understanding of hair, scalp, and the mechanisms for restoring damaged hair, nourishing the scalp, and stimulating hair growth according to age.
• Learn in detail 8 production formulas for Shampoo, hair mask/conditioner, hair oil serum, and hair growth stimulating oil, based on formulation standards from international cosmetic corporations, covering both pharmaceutical and natural cosmetics.
• Acquire the ability to proactively develop formulas and produce cosmetics for partners, or possess sufficient knowledge to verify information from contract manufacturing units when outsourcing production.
• Be proficient in adjusting and developing formulas, improving products, selecting reputable raw material sources, and transferring formulas to contract manufacturing units.
