COURSE CURRICULUM

• Module 1: Overview of Preservation Technology and Cosmetic Production.
• Module 2: Introduction to raw materials, gel base systems, and formulas for products like micellar water, facial cleansing gel, body wash, and intimate wash for men and women.
• Module 3: Research and formulation of “clean” products, including micellar water, facial cleansing gel, body wash, and intimate wash.
• Module 4: Analysis of 10 current “clean” products including micellar water, facial cleansing gel, body wash, and intimate wash on the market.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS GAINED

• Independently design production formulas for micellar water, facial cleansing gel, body wash, and intimate wash products.
• Learn 10 cosmetic production formulas for micellar water, facial cleansing gel, body wash, and intimate wash, following the formulation styles of international cosmetic corporations, including both cosmeceuticals and natural cosmetics.
• Be confident in commissioning cosmetic contract manufacturing, with sufficient knowledge to verify information from the manufacturing unit.
• Be proficient in: adjusting and developing formulas, improving products, selecting reputable raw material sources, and transferring formulas to contract manufacturing units.
• Career Opportunities: Positions such as Manager, Director, Specialist, and Management in departments including: Product (Product Development), R&D (Research & Development), QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control), Manufacturing (Production), and Cosmetic Marketing.
